1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and td77 ("td77," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the td77 website located at td77.bio, including all games, sportsbook markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any related content or functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process and creating a td77 account, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Your continued use of the td77 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Registration by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. td77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player shall be refunded after deducting any bonuses received; no winnings accrued during underage play will be paid out.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) td77 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. This restriction applies per person, per household, and per shared device.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. td77 shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the Player.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

td77 is operated for English-speaking Pakistani users. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the td77 Platform complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction, province, or city of residence. td77 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific location.

3. KYC & Identity Verification

td77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as part of its commitment to player security and anti-fraud compliance. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed.

3.1 Required Documents

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — with the name matching the registered account name exactly.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder (e.g., a JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet screenshot, or a bank statement header from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah).
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of the Player holding their CNIC, where both the face and the document details are clearly visible.

3.2 Verification Timeline

td77 aims to process KYC submissions within 24 hours of receipt. Delays may occur if submitted documents are blurry, incomplete, or inconsistent with account registration data. Players are encouraged to complete KYC before making their first deposit to avoid withdrawal delays.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

td77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC20). All transactions must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be reversed.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to the Player's td77 balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three hours to reflect, subject to inter-bank processing times outside td77's control. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. For verified accounts, JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two to six hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. td77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request at its discretion.

4.4 Currency & Fees

td77 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied by your payment provider, bank, or mobile wallet operator are outside td77's control and are the Player's responsibility. All balances are maintained in PKR.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

td77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of offer. The following general provisions apply to all td77 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to the Player's account balance or bonus wallet as specified in the individual offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots only, live casino excluded) as detailed in the individual offer.
• td77 reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of bonus conditions.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6. Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets and game rounds placed on the td77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as well as the following general provisions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. td77 shall not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of verifiable technical malfunction.
• In the event of a verified technical error — including server failure, incorrect odds display, or game engine malfunction — td77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to the wager.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the td77 sportsbook risk management system. td77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Maximum payout limits apply per game, market, and bet type. These limits are displayed in the game or market information panels.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the td77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending and settled bets, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other Players or td77 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

td77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if td77 reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting td77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified withdrawable balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming

td77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools accessible from within your account settings to assist Players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when a pre-set session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the td77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the td77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the td77 brand name — is the intellectual property of td77 or its licensed game providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of td77.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, service interruption, or any other loss or damage of any nature. td77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

td77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

td77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to td77's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through td77's internal complaint resolution process.
